Hello! I'm Olivia, the maker behind Off The Tuft.

For over a decade, I've built stories in advertising, crafting ideas that live in film, print, and pixels. Alongside that career, I found myself drawn back to making with my hands, rediscovering the joy of creating something tangible from start to finish.

Before I was an art director, I was simply an artist, painting, drawing, and experimenting with anything that put medium to surface. I never expected tufting to become such a meaningful part of my creative life, but one rug quickly turned into another.

The yarn became paint in solid form, the tufting gun my brush, and my imagination the guide. Each piece I create is inspired by the nature, wildlife, gardens, and everyday moments that surround me. My hope is that every rug tells a story and brings a little more curiosity, colour, and joy into someone's home.
